Students are expected to behave in a mature, responsible manner and the school reserves the right to dismiss anyone whose behaviour is considered to be unacceptable.  In such a case, fees are not refundable

The school reserves the right to cancel a course with a full refund of fee and/or deposit. 

Insurance:  Students must arrange their own health and travel insurance before coming to England.  We strongly advise you to take out insurance before you arrive in the UK.  You can take out your own insurance, use our insurance or use the link to www.course-u-can.com

CANCELLATION

If the enrolment is cancelled, the deposit will not be returned.  If a student does not complete the course, fails to arrive or is late arriving, the fees will not be refunded.

Cancellation before arrival:
More than two weeks' notice: All tuition, accommodation and transfers will be refunded less the non refundable deposit of £150
Less than two weeks notice: 2 weeks tuition and accommodation will be retained and the balance will be refunded

Accommodation Cancellation
Homestay accommodation: Students must give one week’s notice of cancellation of homestay bookings
Summer Student Residence: Students must give two weeks’ notice of cancellation..
